Yes, new things are taking shape with the ministry, and with the family.
Chris and I are doing so much better! The counseling helped, it’s on hiatus at the time, but it helped, and we’re not done yet. I believe the biggest help has got to be our miracle-working God. There certainly isn’t anything on Earth that I can give credit to, it has to be God. Of course, our willingness to work on our marriage probably has something to do with it as well. We are looking ahead to the future that God has planned for us, and leaving the past behind us.
Some of the new things happening around the home front are: Zack is back home with us, and he has a new pet, Ziggy, that a young lady gave to us; Nick is moving back home and arriving this afternoon; Chris Jr’s doggie, Hashi, adopted me, as did Joey, Cristina’s fur baby, since the kids are always so busy with their own lives, friends, etc. So Christerpher decided he needed a wiener dog that would get attached to only him. He put an ad in our local online paper and got a free, beautiful, long-haired Dachshund, Dusty. This dog absolutely adores, and protects, Christerpher! He follows him everywhere, sleeps with him, and totally loves him. He’s perfect! (Now, if only he will learn that we love Christerpher too, maybe he will stop growling and barking at us when we go into his room). Now, with Nick and Zack coming home, I am just waiting for the day when we receive a call from Josh wanting to come home as well. Yes, he’s almost 25, but he’s still my baby!
Another new thing happening here is we are being led to move to Idaho, a place we have never even been to. God has really put it into our hearts to move the family and the ministry down there, for whatever reasons He has. We are all (finally) excited and looking forward to the change. We have no idea where in Idaho we are going, how we are getting there, or exactly when, although we know it is this summer. What we do know is that God is in control. All of the stuff we don’t know, He knows, and it is all in His hands; it is all His plan. We just need to trust in Him and believe.
Please pray with us for this mighty move that God is doing in our lives and this ministry. We pray blessings on you all in this new season. Happy spring!
In Jesus and In Health–Angela
