I used to work in a factory, and having to feed the machines all day was great exercise.  I'm glad that I'm out of shape now.  : )

If you great exercise from playing golf all day or doing something that you enjoyed, then would  you tend to agree that you're glad that you are in shape. I can understand hating working in a factory even though it is good exercise. But I don't think you're glad that you're out of shape. I think you're just glad that you aren't working in a factory.
